Here's how this works:
I. Book the date.
Once you submit a contact form with details about your session, I will write a contract based on our discussion. You will then sign the contract, send a deposit to hold your date, and officially be on my calendar!
II. Take the photos.
It's time to have some fun and capture your charming laugh! I will be on my tip-toes, squatting and rolling around on the ground as you get comfortable in front of the camera. I will tell you what to do with your hands or let you have free reign if you're feeling it! You will be reading my mind by the end of your session.
III. edit and deliver pure magic!
I will look through all of the photos from your session, choose the best ones, and get to editing. You will receive a handful of sneak peeks before your final gallery is delivered. You can expect to wait about 2 weeks for your final gallery, and I will always tell you if I expect this timeframe to be longer (hello, busy season)!
FAQ
How many images will I receive?
I do not have a set number of deliverables for my packages. For Standard Sessions (1-hour) I typically deliver 100 color and 100 black and white images. For my Premium Sessions (2-hours) I usually deliver 200 color and 200 black and white images.
Can You Photoshop That Out?
I will do light retouching on skin and remove small background objects, but please do not expect everything to be removed/changed in the edit. The more we can remediate in real life, the better! I don't change or distort physical features, or remove medium-to-large stains, tears, or wrinkled clothing. Please ensure that your outfits are steamed or ironed before your session! It really makes a huge difference!
When will I get my photos?
My standard is to have your photos ready in two weeks! Weddings take the longest to edit and can be expected within four weeks. Based on my workload, I will always let you know if I expect your gallery will take longer to edit.
What areas do you service? Do you travel?
I am based in Springfield, Missouri, and serve the surrounding 417 area! This includes, but is not limited to, Republic, Rogersville, Ozark, and Nixa. I am entirely open to traveling for your session! Send me an e-mail with any questions you may have as well as your desired location. We will work together to find the best solution for you!
Do you offer payment plans?
All sessions require a retainer upon booking and final payment is due the week before the scheduled session. I do not have a set payment plan in place. Please reach out to me and we can work together to find a payment solution that works for both of us! Please note that your gallery will not be delivered until payment is made in full.
Do You Offer Any Discounts?
I occasionally run a special or discounted rate for select session types, but I do not offer ongoing discounts for my services.
